Lost or Damaged Items
VitaUp is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@vitaup.org with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll review each case individually and work toward a fair solution.
