Returns and Refund Policy

At VitaUp, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. To support a risk-free experience, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on up to two (2) individual products, provided they have been used for at least two weeks following shipment.

In an effort to reduce environmental impact, we kindly ask that you do not return the product to us. Instead, we encourage you to share it with a family member or friend who may benefit from it.

To prevent misuse of this guarantee, it is applicable only to first-time purchases of an item and is limited to a refund for one unit per product type. If multiple units of the same product were purchased, only one is eligible for a refund under this policy.

For bundled orders, each item within the bundle is considered an individual product. Refunds for bundles containing more than three products will be limited to the two highest-priced eligible items within that bundle.

Please note the following exclusions:

  • Wholesale and resale orders are not eligible under this policy. For inquiries related to wholesale returns, please contact us at service@vitaup.org.

  • Discontinued products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be used toward subscriptions. Any orders placed using a gift card are ineligible for refunds.

  • Nutritional supplements are non-returnable.

  • The Money-Back Guarantee applies to each unique product, not to variations (e.g., size or flavor).

How to Request a Refund
To initiate your refund, please email service@vitaup.org with your Order ID and the specific products you are requesting a refund for. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs and any applicable shipping taxes.

Additional Information

  • Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days, though timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • Prepaid debit cards cannot be credited.

  • If the original payment method is no longer available, the refund will be forfeited.
